A single piece of GongDaoBei (公道杯). GongDaoBei is used as a secondary vessel, a place to hold tea that has been decanted from the primary teapot. This allows for precision timing - the steeping process can be halted at the perfect moment and consolidated in the GongDaoBei to make sure that every cup is the ideal concentration. It can also be used as a reservoir to cool the water to the proper temperature before steeping the tea. Each piece is hand made, so there can be slight variation in size and shape, which gives them unique character and personality. What's included: one GongDaoBei.
